HOUSE MANITSA

 The latest renovation project, completed (almost) in April 2023. One of the oldest houses in Marmari from around 1880.  The wife of the builder was Maria Manitsa so we named the house after her. They say she is so fond of this house so she is still with us as our guardian angel.... 

The extensive renovation was done with respect to the old character of the house and reusing all possible materials.  It is 40 sqm plus a sleeping loft of 12 sqm and sleeps now up to 5 people in 2 double beds and one single bed. It is fully equipped with kitchen, AC, washing machine, wifi, firestove and soundbar.  We use House Manitsa when needed for our activity travels or you are welcome to rent it for your own holiday stay. It is located in the absolute center of Marmari just behind the Sea View apartments.
